Welcome to the Great Lakes Officials Association. (GLOA) You are viewing the website of one of the most progressive Officials Association in Northeastern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. We are especially proud of our training and mentoring program which shows on the sport fields, courts or mat. We have been in business for over 35 years.  Our primary sports are basketball, football, soccer, softball and volleyball. We also do other sports depending on the availability of officials, but our training template is used for all sports.  Our membership changes frequently, so we are in constant need of new officials. We cater to the inexperienced official. We supply the training and assignments. The official supplies the motivation and professionalism on the field, court, or mat.
